Breathe is a breathing app that helps you relax and de-stress. These terms govern the rights and obligations between users and the Breathe developer regarding service usage.
1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users ("Users") and Yumin Jung (the "Developer") regarding the use of the Breathe app (the "Service") developed by the Developer.

- User: Any individual who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms
1.3 Application and Amendment of Terms
These Terms apply from the moment Users begin using the Service. The Developer may amend these Terms and will provide at least 7 days' advance notice of any changes. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service.
2. Service Usage Agreement
2.1 Formation of Usage Agreement
The usage agreement is formed when Users install the app, agree to these Terms. No separate registration process is required.

3. Service Provision
3.1 Service Content
The Developer provides the following services:
- Breathing exercises
- Progress tracking and achievement visualization
Important: This Service is a tool for relaxation and stress management and does not replace professional medical consultation or treatment. Please consult with healthcare professionals for any health-related concerns.
3.2 Service Changes and Suspension
The Developer may modify or suspend all or part of the Service due to improvements, technical reasons, or other significant causes. In such cases, advance notice will be provided, and efforts will be made to minimize user inconvenience.
4. Personal Information and Data Processing
4.1 Health Data Processing
- User breathing data is never transmitted to external servers
- All breathing data is processed exclusively within the user's device
5. User Rights and Obligations
5.1 User Rights
- Right to discontinue service usage
- Right to inquire about and request personal information processing
5.2 User Obligations
- Obligation to use the Service for legitimate purposes only
- Obligation not to infringe upon others' rights or reputation
- Obligation to comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Obligation not to interfere with normal service operations
6. Service Usage Restrictions
6.1 Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app's source code
- Attempting to compromise the Service's security systems
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Developer or third parties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes arising from service usage shall be resolved in the competent courts.
